(b) Outstanding professors and researches, who are recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.

(c) Multinational executives and managers of foreign companies who are transferred to the United States.

We will interview you and review your information and all your supporting documentation to determine if you meet the EB-1 eligibility requirements set by USCIS.
